We ask that you inspect your order upon its arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Whilst we aim to package your order as to be as protected as possible, we ask that you inspect your order upon its arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. If so, contact us as soon as possible (within 7 days of your purchase) through our email at Marlstonmelts@hotmail.com with photo evidence of your damaged item. Once we have assessed your claim, we can offer you a refund.
We do not accept any returns if you change your mind, nor do we accommodate exchanges (unless your item has been damaged in transit).
